Singer Cheryl Cole doesn’t seem so proud of Girls Aloud any more, branding their hits ‘cr*p’
The solo star said: ‘I remember listening to Love Machine and thinking, “We cannot put this crap out”. That’s what I said to the label, “It sounds like something Busted would do”.’
She sheathed her claws after it went to No.2, the X Factor judge told Q magazine.
The 26-year-old then said Lily Allen had it coming when Cole branded her a ‘chick with a d**k’ back in 2007.
‘She called my husband “Horrendous”. Then she called [Girls Aloud singer] Nicola “Ugly”,’ Cole said. ‘For another female artist to call you ugly is so awful. Nicola’s been called “Ginger” all her life.’

“Ashley was starting to feel a bit isolated at the training ground as his team-mates’ wives were having babies or falling pregnant,” a source close to the couple told new!. “He is over the moon now Cheryl is keen to start trying.
“They are making time for each other and lighting candles and playing soft music. They are very loved-up at the moment.”
